How to Disable Proxy Server in Google Chrome
If your office connects to the Internet through a corporate network, you need to assign Windows a proxy server for outgoing connections. The proxy server acts as a buffer between your local machines and the Web, storing data content from pages you often access and blocking unwanted content such as malware. If you plan to stop using your corporate network, you no longer need connect to the Internet through a proxy. Disable proxy settings on Google Chrome by disabling your general Windows proxy settings.

Open Chrome and click the wrench icon in the screen's upper left corner.

Click "Settings" to open your Settings page.

Click "Show advanced settings" and click "Change proxy settings" to open the Windows Internet Properties dialog box.

Click "Settings" to open your connection's settings.

Click the check box labeled "Use a proxy server for this connection" to clear it.

Click "OK" in both open dialog boxes to close them.
